About Position:

We are seeking a skilled BI Analytics Power BI Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, dashboard development, and data modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex business data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and business acumen to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions while supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Design and develop scalable data models that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Build advanced, interactive, and visually compelling dashboards using Power BI.

Develop reports, KPIs, scorecards, and business metrics to support decision-making.

Optimize data models, datasets, and queries to improve report performance and responsiveness.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting needs.

Translate business requirements into effective BI and analytics solutions.

Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and business calculations.

Perform data transformation and preparation using Power Query (M Language).

Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.

Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting solutions.

Implement reporting standards, governance policies, and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard, dataset, and reporting issues.

Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users and business teams.

Participate in Agile development activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

4 to 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power BI Development.

Proven experience in business analysis and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

Advanced knowledge of DAX for creating measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and analytical calculations.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, querying, manipulation, and optimization.

Experience with Power Query (M Language) for data transformation and preparation.

Deep understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.

Strong knowledge of data warehousing principles including Fact Tables, Dimension Tables, and Star Schema design.

Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions.

Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration techniques, and reporting architectures.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and analytics environments.

Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful business insights.

Experience implementing security, governance, and access controls within Power BI environments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to effectively bridge technical solutions with business requirements.

Experience working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Commitment to delivering high-quality reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.

Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
