Takes about a minute. Confirming your email address is what opens the account, and it happens straight away. There is nobody to wait for.

Here is exactly how a payment becomes your commission.
Commission is worked out on what your friend actually paid, after any discount, with GST taken out first. We do not pay commission on tax, because that money was never ours.

The part most programs leave vague.
A 30-day hold
Every commission waits out the refund window before it clears. If the sale is refunded in that time, it is reversed, and you keep nothing you were never really owed.
Then it is available
Payouts are prepared once a month, in the first week, for commission that cleared by the end of the previous month. Payment is made by our finance team by bank transfer, and can take a few working days to land.
Tax is deducted
TDS at 2% once we have your PAN, 20% if we do not. Nothing at all until your commission for the financial year passes ₹20,000.
You need three things on file
Your PAN, your bank or UPI details, and the agreement accepted. Commission builds up without them, but we cannot pay it out. Anything under ₹1,000 rolls into the next run rather than disappearing.
Every payment shows up on your dashboard with the gross, the tax deducted, the net, and the bank reference number. If the money has not reached you, that reference is what we trace it with.
There is one rule that gets people removed.
You must never promise a job, a placement, an interview or a salary. Not in a post, not in a message, not in conversation. We are strict about it because it is not true, and because misleading claims about outcomes are a live problem across Indian edtech. Break it and your account is suspended and pending commission is forfeited.

- “Do this and you will get a job.”
- “Guaranteed placement.”
- “People earn 12 LPA after this.”
- “100% placement record.”
- “I work for U2xAI.”
- “I will give you a discount.”
Say what is actually true
- “This is what I am learning, and it is useful.”
- “The spend analysis module was the best part.”
- “It covers sourcing, contracts and supplier data.”
- “Here is what a lesson actually looks like.”
Everything we write for you already stays inside these lines, so if you use the ready-made posts you do not have to think about it.
You also have to say that you earn something. Every caption we generate already ends with “I earn a referral reward when someone joins through my link.” Leave it in. If you write your own post, put one in. This is required by advertising guidelines, not a courtesy.
Questions people actually ask
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or over who lives in India. You do not have to be a current student, though most affiliates are students or recent alumni.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is no fee, no minimum, and no requirement to buy anything yourself.
What if somebody clicks my link but signs up next week?
Your link is remembered on their device for 90 days. If they come back within that and make an account, they are yours. If they clear their browser data or switch phones first, that one is lost, which is why it is worth asking people to sign up while they are looking at it.
What if they already had an account?
Then they are not attributed to you. The program pays for bringing new people in, not for people already on their way.
Somebody told me they used my link and nothing showed up.
Then the link was not used. We can only count what the tracked link tells us, and there is no way to add a referral afterwards on somebody's word. It is not that we do not believe you, it is that there is nothing to check it against.
Someone I referred got a refund. Do I owe money back?
No. The commission is reversed, but we never take cash back from you. If you had already been paid, it comes off your next payout instead, and if you never earn again it is written off. We never contact the person you referred about it.
Can I run ads on my link?
Not without written permission, and never on U2xAI brand terms. This program is for your own network, not for arbitrage.
Can I refer myself, or make a second account?
No. Self-referral is blocked outright, duplicate accounts are detected at registration, and the same PAN cannot collect on two accounts.
How do I know how I am doing?
Your dashboard shows clicks, signups, enrolments and earnings, updated as they happen. If you have 40 clicks and no signups, you can see that and change what you are posting, rather than guessing.
