The yearly plan: 14 days, full refund
Email hello@u2xai.com within 14 days of a yearly-plan payment, first charge or a renewal, and we refund it in full. No form, no exit interview, no "are you sure". This is the guarantee named on the pricing page and the program pages, and it applies to the yearly plan only.
Monthly, 1-week, and 3-day plans
The shorter plans are themselves the low-risk way to try the Academy: the 3-day pass costs less than a takeaway and opens everything the yearly plan opens. Because they are short and cheap by design, they are not refunded. What we promise instead: they never charge again without you. In India every length is a one-time pass that simply expires; elsewhere you can cancel a subscription at any time and it stops at the end of the period you paid for, with no further charges.
How refunds come back
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, whether that was a card, UPI, or a wallet, and usually land within a few working days of us issuing them; banks sometimes take a little longer to show it. Write from the email address on your account so we can find the payment without asking you for anything else.
What happens to your access
A refunded plan ends when the refund is issued, and any subscription behind it is cancelled so nothing charges again. Your account, resumes, tracked jobs, notes, and progress all stay put on the free plan, so if you come back later you pick up where you left off.
Mistakes and exceptions
A duplicate charge, a billing error, or a payment taken after you cancelled is not a refund request, it is our mistake, and we put it right whatever plan it happened on. If something genuinely exceptional happened, email us anyway and we'll be reasonable about it. And where the law where you live gives you a refund or cooling-off right, that right stands on any plan; nothing on this page shortens it. The full contractual detail lives in the Terms of Service.
