What your readiness score counts

Five things, and how much each one is worth. Two of them are about answering out loud, which is the part most people skip.

These shares change with the job. A phone-heavy role counts how you sound for more; a consulting round counts how you build the answer.

Tell it how many hours you have

Fewer hours means fewer blocks, not shorter ones. Each block you get is written in full.

There is a lot here. What do I actually do first?
One thing: paste the job you want. That single posting drives the resume, the questions and the prep, and each tool hands you to the next one when it is done. You are never asked to choose between seven tools, and you never need to learn the system to use it.
What can I do without paying?
A free account builds one resume, tracks one job and saves one search. Seeded examples never count against that, and the interview question bank is fully public with no account at all.
Is my resume used to train anything?
No. Your profile is used to do your work. Where the product quotes you, the quote is checked as a verbatim substring of what you wrote before it is allowed through, and quotes that fail are dropped rather than softened.
What happens when everyone is prepping at once?
There is one cap on how many AI calls run at once, and the queue rotates between students rather than serving strictly first-come. With a plain queue the five hundredth student in a rush waits hours. Rotating gets everyone their first card in about thirteen minutes, for the same total throughput.
