&ltp&gtWhat you&ampamp;#39;ll do&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Build data products and metric definitions on Databricks using Python, PySpark and SQL&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Build the calculations the agent is allowed to call, and the logic that decides which one to call&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Integrate Databricks Genie and agent tooling into the workflow&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Test and improve the the agent against incorporating business understanding&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Support delivery of the agent into Microsoft Teams&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Write clean, documented code and share knowledge with the team&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Take part in daily standups and weekly sprint reviews, and flag blockers early&lt/p&gt&ltp&gtWhat we&ampamp;#39;re looking for&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? 3–5 years of data science and GenAI experience with production level experience&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Strong Python and strong SQL&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Some experience with Spark or PySpark&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Familiarity with agentic concepts — tool use, prompt chaining, agent orchestration&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Comfortable with API integration&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Exposure to an agent or LLM framework such as LangChain, LangGraph or AutoGen&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Willing to learn quickly and work in a structured sprint model&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Experience in Databricks&lt/p&gt&ltp&gtNice to have&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Telecom domain exposure, especially customer value management or campaign analytics&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Azure experience — Entra ID, Bot Service, Functions&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Experience with a semantic layer, metric store or dbt&lt/p&gt&ltp&gt? Teams Bot integration&lt/p&gt
