Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation projects within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of business analytics and a proven track record of successfully driving technology-driven initiatives. This role requires collaboration with global stakeholders across business and technology teams to enhance insurance processes and customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation within the life insurance sector.

Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technology teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.

Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders across multiple countries and markets.

Support Agile/Scrum methodologies by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Document project progress, requirements, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, specifically in life insurance.

Proven experience in digital transformation and technology-driven projects.

Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, and customer journeys.

Exceptional skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Deal Breaker Skill: Business Analytics.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working across multiple countries and markets.

Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements and compliance.

Knowledge of emerging technologies in the insurance sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance.

Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
