A day in the life of an Infoscion
•As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
•You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
•You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
•You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
•You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical requirements
•Must have Bachelor's or equivalent degree, with 1 to 2 years of experience in SAP BTP and SAP Fiori application development.
•Should have hands-on expertise in software development and programming using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SAPUI5, and Fiori.
•Basic experience in developing and deploying applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
•Must have experience in SAP Fiori app development, customization, and enhancements.
•Knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) or SAP Web IDE for development and deployment activities.
•Experience working with OData services and integrating SAP applications with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.
•Basic understanding of REST APIs/Web Services integration.
•Must have knowledge of Fiori Design Guidelines, Fiori Launchpad configurations, and UI5 development standards.
•Exposure to SAP BTP services, including application deployment, destination configuration, and connectivity setup.
•Should be able to provide technical support on SAP UI/UX functionality (SAP Fiori) and resolve application-related issues.
•Assist in the integration of front-end UI/UX components with back-end SAP systems to meet business requirements.
•Knowledge of Node.js, CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model), and SAP HANA Cloud will be an added advantage.
•Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
