Job Description – Facilities Maintenance Analyst – India
Area of Responsibility: Facilities Maintenance (RETAIL)
Key Activities / Deliverables
Monitor energy consumption and performance
Manage maintenance ticket workflow
Track SLAs and maintenance metrics
Coordinate maintenance execution and vendors
Maintain BMS systems and conduct audits
Track inventory and parts usage
Expected to work in US shifts
Experience:
3–6 years in facilities operations
Should have delivered business value projects facilities space.
Demonstrated experience in owning and running projects independently
Knowledge of retail/ fraud prevention/ loss prevention and detection
5-7 years of total work experience. The experience should include: -
o 3 + years of experience in preferably Ecommerce or Retail industry
Skills:
Facilities systems knowledge
Knowledge of Vendor coordination, Reporting & analytics
Strong case management experience and attention to detail
Expert in Documentation and compliance
Leverage data to identify opportunity areas. Ability to effectively communicate the business problem, solutions, and results through dashboards
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
Advanced skills in Deep dive and Root cause analysis
Strong communication skills
Excellent oral and verbal skills in English to contact customers via. calls, SMS, chats, and emails
Ability to work with stakeholders and bring a project to completion
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/ Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Operations Management / Computer Science/ Business Management / Commerce
