About Position:

We are looking for a seasoned Golang Full Stack Developer with 5 to 12 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based web applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend development, with proven experience in React, Golang, cloud platforms, API development, and database technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performing, and reliable applications that support critical business operations while following modern software engineering and DevOps practices.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Golang and React.

Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang).

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.

Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.

Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and performance-related issues.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Support application deployments, upgrades, and production releases.

Work closely with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities

Expertise You'll Bring:

5 to 12 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.

Strong hands-on expertise in frontend development using React.

Solid backend development experience using Go (Golang).

Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns.

Experience building scalable web applications and distributed systems.

Practical experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Experience with database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Familiarity with Git and modern version control practices.

Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of containerization technologies and deployment best practices.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
