•Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce to address business and operational challenges.
•Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
•Build and optimize RAG pipelines , agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and multi-agent orchestration solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
•Develop integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party platforms.
•Configure and customize Salesforce platform components, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Einstein AI capabilities.
•Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Conduct solution workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions with business and customer stakeholders.
•Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agent performance, reliability, security, and adoption.
•Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, governance, and best practices for Salesforce and AI implementations.
•Build and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and knowledge assets.
What You'll Bring
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or enterprise application implementation.
•Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
•Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and integration technologies.
•Strong problem-solving and consulting skills with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders.
•Experience working in Agile environments and participating in end-to-end solution delivery.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience.
