Your Role
Own client relationships, business KPIs and end-to-end outcomes across commercial insight programmes, ensuring data, analytics and intelligence translate into decision-ready recommendations, adoption and measurable performance improvement.

In this role you will play a key role in:
•Serve as the primary client SPOC for assigned commercial insight programmes, aligning Global, Regional, Cluster and Market stakeholders on the business question, decisions required, scope, success measures and expected actions.
•Own business KPIs and end-to-end outcomes, translating priorities into defined workstreams, analytical approaches, milestones, dependencies, governance forums and acceptance criteria.
•Lead cross-functional delivery across commercial analysts, data and technology teams, markets, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, research partners and platform providers from mobilisation through decision and closure.
•Interpret multi-source evidence and specialist outputs to identify commercial implications, cross-market patterns, growth levers, risks and recommended actions, maintaining a clear executive narrative.
•Own programme governance, including integrated plans, RAID and decision logs, budget or effort tracking, change control, benefits tracking, stakeholder reporting and leadership reviews.
•Challenge data, assumptions, methodologies and priorities constructively; facilitate trade-offs where strategic value, timing, feasibility, data quality, compliance, investment or resources conflict.
•Track adoption, KPI movement and benefits after delivery; diagnose variance, agree corrective actions and ensure learning is embedded into KPI frameworks, forecasts, business cases and future cycles.
•Coordinate with the SDM on intake acceptance, capacity, specialist mobilisation, quality gates and operational recovery while retaining accountability for client commitments, decisions and business outcomes.
•Direct competitor and context intelligence programmes, combining validated repositories, real-time signals, automated collection, GenAI-enabled sources, benchmarking and regulatory or macroeconomic developments into response recommendations.
•Own forecasting, business planning, ensuring assumptions are stress-tested, deviations diagnosed, cross-market lessons captured and unified decision-ready views communicated through defined forums.
•Shape commercial insights data and tool initiatives, aligning business requirements to sourcing, pipelines, HIVE or Databricks models, data-quality governance, Power BI reporting, automation and scalable analytical capabilities.
YOUR PROFILE
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred, with 12+ years across CPG / FMCG brand, marketing operations, digital marketing, CRM, commerce, content, creative operations, MarTech, portfolio management or consulting.

•Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional and multi-market insight portfolios, including business-question framing, analytical governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, decision support and benefits tracking.
•Strong accountability for KPI-led and outcome-based delivery, with the ability to convert analysis into strategic implications, executive narratives, measurable actions and corrective interventions.

For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is [X] [currency] (full-time).
