The SOC Program Manager will lead Security Operations Center (SOC) transformation, service delivery, governance, and strategic cybersecurity initiatives. The role is responsible for managing SOC operations, customer engagement, service expansion, workforce planning, financial governance, security tool onboarding, compliance management, and continuous service improvement across enterprise security operations.

Program Management & Governance

Lead end-to-end SOC programs and cybersecurity initiatives.

Develop program roadmaps, project plans, budgets, and delivery schedules.

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Conduct governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.

Track program KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.

SOC Service Delivery Management

Oversee SOC operations including L1, L2, L3, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Security Engineering teams.

Ensure adherence to service levels, operational procedures, and quality frameworks.

Drive service improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Manage SOC onboarding and offboarding activities for new customers and business entities.

Security Operations & Technology Management

Coordinate deployment and optimization of:

SIEM Platforms (Google SecOps, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight)

SOAR Solutions

EDR/XDR Platforms

Threat Intelligence Platforms

Vulnerability Management Solutions

Cloud Security Monitoring

Drive use case development, detection engineering, and alert optimization programs.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

Act as the primary interface for executive stakeholders and customers.

Manage customer expectations, escalations, and service reviews.
