QA/Test Engineer ? Casino Management System & Casino Games

Experience: 2-4 years in Software Testing/QA, preferably in iGaming, Casino Management Systems (CMS), Casino Games, or EGM.

Key Requirements:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in System/Application Testing .

Experience testing Casino Management Systems (CMS) and/or Casino Games .

Experience in iGaming and/or EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) domain.

Strong understanding of casino gaming workflows, game functionality, payouts, bet configurations, RTP, bonuses, and game features .

Experience with Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Exploratory Testing .

Experience validating frontend, backend, APIs, database transactions, and system integrations .

Good knowledge of SQL, Dev Tools, REST APIs, JSON, and log analysis .

Ability to analyse requirements, specifications, and business rules and create comprehensive test scenarios/cases.

Experience in defect identification, reporting, tracking, retesting, and root-cause analysis .

Knowledge of casino/iGaming regulations, responsible gaming, localization, currencies, and jurisdiction-specific requirements is an advantage.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, qTest, SQL tools, or equivalent QA tools .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify potential risks and issues independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills ; able to clearly communicate defects, testing progress, risks, and blockers.

Ability to work effectively with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Game Mathematicians, and QA teams .

Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment .

Strong ownership of assigned work with a quality-first approach .

Willingness to learn and adapt to new gaming platforms, technologies, tools, and regulatory requirements .
