Job Title: Specialist - Package Implementation

About the Role: LTM is seeking a Specialist - Package Implementation to architect and scale advanced ServiceNow solutions. This role drives digital transformation by optimizing enterprise service workflows and operational intelligence for global clients.
Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
Architect, design, and deploy scalable ServiceNow platform solutions that align with enterprise operational objectives.
Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycles across core modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Asset, and Event Management.
Configure and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping workflows to ensure accurate infrastructure visibility and dependency mapping.
Author robust custom scripts and integrations using Integration Hub to streamline cross-platform data exchange.
Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into high-performance system architectures.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
Must-Have:
Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying end-to-end ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Asset, and Event Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow scripting frameworks and Integration Hub to build custom workflows and system integrations.
Hands-on operational experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM-HAM, and ITAM-SAM modules for comprehensive asset tracking.
Advanced competency across specialized ServiceNow domains including ConnectedOps, CSM, DevOps, FSM, FSO, HRSD, ITOM-Cloud Insights, ITOM-Governance, SecOps, Cloud Observability, CustomApp Development, GRC/IRM, Healthcare & LS, Legal, Public Sector, RPA, SPM, TSM, and Workplace.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Strong domain expertise in enterprise service management and IT operations, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
