Roles and Responsibilities

Lead endtoend implementation of ServiceNowWorkplace projects ensuring timely and quality delivery

Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNowWorkplace providing mentorship to junior team members

Collaborate with stakeholders to define service management processes and integrate them within the ServiceNow platform

Develop and maintain documentation including design specifications test cases and user guides Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and governance policies

Coordinate with support teams to manage incident resolution and service requests related to workplace services
