Job Title: Director - Program & Project Management
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 15-20 years
About the Role: Lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs at LTM, driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide business value realization from initiation through deployment and Hypercare.
Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
Architect robust program governance reporting structures and executive review mechanisms to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
Direct comprehensive program lifecycles encompassing scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and high-impact outcomes.
Drive strategic decision-making and efficient issue resolution across complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives.
Deliver transparent status updates and executive reporting to leadership teams and steering committees.
Oversee end-to-end delivery phases including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and transition activities.
Direct multidisciplinary project teams comprising Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Test Leads, and Change Managers.
Monitor program dependencies and delivery progress to ensure strict adherence to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
Must-Have:
Demonstrated expertise in directing large-scale ServiceNow implementation programs and multi-workstream enterprise transformations.
Proven mastery in Project Financial Management, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and P&L accountability.
Extensive experience in establishing enterprise-level Project Governance frameworks and executive reporting mechanisms.
Advanced capability in strategic Project Planning, scope management, and risk mitigation across complex deployment lifecycles.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, supplemented by industry-recognized program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or ServiceNow Certified Master Architect).
Exceptional domain expertise in AI-centric global technology services with a strong understanding of digital transformation paradigms.
