Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 8-12 years of handson experience in designing developing implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow platform customization workflow automation integrations ITSM processes and application development to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Design develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD CSM and Service Portal solutions
Develop business rules client scripts UI policies UI actions workflow flows and catalog items
Build and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
Create and optimize Service Catalogs Knowledge Management Incident Problem Change and Request Management processes
Develop integrations with thirdparty applications using REST SOAP APIs MID Server and Integration Hub
Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Orchestration
Troubleshoot platform issues conduct root cause analysis and provide performance improvements
Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and crossfunctional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
Participate in platform upgrades patch management code reviews and release deployments
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards
Required Skills
5 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in

oCMDB
oDiscovery
oApp Engine Studio
Handson experience with JavaScript Glide APIs AJAX HTML CSS and AngularJS
Experience developing RESTSOAP web service integrations
Strong understanding of Incident Problem Change Asset and Configuration Management processes
Experience with ServiceNow ACLs access controls scoped applications and security configurations
Knowledge of AgileScrum development methodologies
Preferred Skills
Experience with ITOM HRSD CSM SecOps GRC or SPM modules
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP
Experience with CICD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of performance analytics and reporting
