Your Role

We’re hiring a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to drive enterprise-scale IT operations transformation!If you have expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, CMDB , apply now for PAN India locations with 6-12 years of experience.

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB modules.

Develop and customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

Ensure CMDB data accuracy and integrity through automated discovery and reconciliation.

Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools.

Your Profile

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB

Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Operations.

Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
