Services Associate, Account and Engagement Finance Services

As a Services Associate within Account and Engagement Finance Services, you will support project leadership in managing revenue and margins by focusing on the cost of delivery that drives overall engagement profitability. You will build deep financial analysis skills across budgeting, forecasting, billing, and reporting while collaborating with finance professionals across the practice.

Work you'll do

As a Services Associate, Account and Engagement Finance Services on the Account and Engagement Finance Services team, you will be responsible for:

Maintain compliance with client policies and perform internal financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis.

Support billing and receivables processes.

Monitor project performance and develop key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.

Communicate with project teams, the finance department, and other stakeholders to help keep projects on track and within cost scope.

Collaborate with finance professionals across the practice, including practitioners in the United States.

The team

As a Services Associate, Account and Engagement Finance Services team works with clients to define project needs and delivery methods. We use advanced financial and forecasting tools to give precise cost estimates. This helps us manage project budgets and keep projects on track and within budget.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, billing, receivables, or financial analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Experience performing budgeting, forecasting, cost variance analysis, billing, or receivables activities

Experience preparing written financial analyses and presentation materials

Experience managing multiple concurrent deliverables and deadlines

Preferred:

Experience in a financial analysis role

Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project

Postgraduate degree
