Associate, Production

The Analyst is responsible for providing timely and efficient support to customers in maintaining and managing their knowledge content on SharePoint platforms. Primary responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and managing intranet sites.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Production on the Knowledge Services team, you will be responsible for:

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and pages on firm knowledge portals.
Collaborate with Knowledge Managers, team leads, and internal customers to define site and page requirements and schedule delivery timelines.
Apply established site-development and maintenance processes when completing assigned work.
Maintain quality and adhere to branding, governance guidelines, and standards for knowledge-portal content.
Coordinate with CoRe Knowledge Services team members to support delivery needs and address dependencies.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Up to 2 years of professional experience.
Training, coursework, internship, or professional experience using SharePoint out-of-the-box features and SharePoint site-management functions.
Coursework, internship, or professional experience using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create or maintain web pages.
Experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to prepare documents and presentations.

Preferred:

Experience supporting content management, knowledge management, SharePoint site administration, or web content publishing.
Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Microsoft InfoPath, or Nintex.
Experience using Microsoft Excel.
