Project Manager I

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager I to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, quality, and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. Facilitate project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and governance processes. Support budget tracking, effort estimation, and cost control activities. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion. Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. Required Skills: Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project frameworks. Knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications are advantageous. Experience managing IT, software development, infrastructure, or business transformation projects.
