Skills & Competencies
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or SAS for data manipulation and modeling. Solid understanding of IFRS 9 standards and ECL methodologies preferred.
Analytical Rigor: You can independently build complex models, perform root cause analysis, and quality-check your own work to a high standard.
Risk Knowledge: Familiarity with market and liquidity risk concepts, ALM (Asset Liability Management), and stress testing frameworks preferred.
Communication: You can tell a story with data, clearly explaining technical risk concepts and their business implications to non-technical stakeholders.
Builder Mindset: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you often need to build tools and processes from scratch.
Global Collaboration: Comfortable working with North American stakeholders, documenting decisions clearly, and operating in a fast-paced fintech environment.
