Position: Senior SAP FICO Consultant – Data Migration
Experience: 13+ Years
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 13+ years of expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), including significant experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations and data migration projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of Vendor Master Data, Costing, and financial processes, along with hands-on experience in planning and executing end-to-end data migration activities during ERP transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP FI/CO solution design, configuration, and support for Finance and Controlling processes.
Drive end-to-end data migration activities, including data assessment, extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, and production cutover.
Configure and support core FI/CO processes, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Internal Orders
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Product Costing and Cost Object Controlling
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Lead Vendor Master data migration, validation, governance, and reconciliation activities.
Configure and support costing processes, including cost center planning, product costing, cost rollups, and settlement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data migration strategies, mapping rules, and data quality requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams to develop and execute migration objects and data load programs using SAP migration tools.
Support integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, and other enterprise applications.
Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
Prepare functional specifications, migration mapping documents, test scripts, training materials, and project documentation.
Provide functional leadership, mentor junior consultants, and support governance across project teams.
