About Position:

We are seeking an experienced WMS Techno Functional Consultant with 7 to 15 years of expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, Blue Yonder WMS, MOCA Framework, and Supply Chain solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise warehouse and supply chain applications while bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise, integration experience, solution architecture capabilities, and the ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across warehouse operations.

What You'll Do:

Define end-to-end solution architecture for Warehouse Management and Supply Chain applications.

Lead architecture, design, implementation, and enhancement of solutions using Blue Yonder WMS and MOCA Framework.

Design scalable integrations between WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, transportation systems, and third-party applications.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.

Drive adoption of Generative AI use cases within warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Architect and develop enterprise applications using Java and/or Python technologies.

Define technical standards, development frameworks, coding guidelines, and architecture governance processes.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to solve business challenges.

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and application performance optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Support estimation activities, solution design workshops, and technical proposal development.

Contribute to presales engagements and customer solution presentations.

Develop technical roadmaps and modernization strategies for warehouse and supply chain platforms.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.

Ensure compliance with security, scalability, performance, and operational best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

7 to 15 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems and Supply Chain technology implementations.

Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS and MOCA Framework.

Expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, and distribution processes.

Experience designing and implementing end-to-end WMS solutions and integrations.

Strong knowledge of ERP, OMS, TMS, and other enterprise supply chain applications.

Experience integrating WMS platforms with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware technologies.

Strong programming experience in Java and exposure to Python development.

Hands-on expertise in PL/SQL development, database design, and performance optimization.

Experience designing scalable enterprise architectures and integration frameworks.

Strong understanding of application performance tuning and optimization.

Knowledge of Generative AI use cases within supply chain and warehouse management environments.

Experience defining technical standards, coding guidelines, and governance frameworks.

Ability to drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution validation activities.

Experience supporting presales activities, effort estimation, solution proposals, and client-facing discussions.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to mentor technical teams and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery environments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
