We are hiring a Programme & Events Manager to own MedhaviOne’s events from first idea to final report. You take each event from brief to concept, programme, promotion, delivery and review.

Too many events are well run and quickly forgotten. We want ones that people remember, and that move the business.

You work alongside the Event Operations & Production Manager, who runs the ground. You own the idea, the content, the audience and the result.

What you will do

You own the event from brief to post-event review.

Turn business goals into clear briefs, concepts and plans, each with objectives and success metrics.

Own the programme: themes, agenda flow, speaker mix, panels, fireside chats and workshops.

Write the narrative: session descriptions, speaker and moderator briefs, invitations.

Fill the room. Run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, partners, databases and communities, with messaging tailored to each audience.

Bring in speakers, partners, sponsors and media, and keep every follow-up on time.

Set event budgets, manage agencies from brief to delivery, and track planned against actual spend.

Hand over cleanly to Event Operations and join rehearsals and final readiness reviews.

Measure every event: registrations, attendance, leads, meetings. Say what worked and what did not.

Build the annual and quarterly event calendar, and keep a repository of concepts, content, speakers, vendors and learnings.

Challenge the usual formats. Bring ideas that improve the audience experience and the business result.

What you will deliver: event calendar, briefs and concepts, agendas, speaker packs, marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports with clear recommendations.

Who we are looking for

Must have

5–8 years of work experience, with strong event-agency experience.

Events you have taken from brief to concept, programme, promotion, delivery and review, and can show.

Clear, sharp writing. You can draft an agenda, a speaker brief and an invitation that people want to read.

Comfort with B2B, industry and institutional audiences, including senior leaders.

Experience managing agencies and budgets.

Good to have

Experience in experiential marketing, conferences, corporate events or industry-led programmes.

Working knowledge of event technology, registration journeys and audience segmentation.

A network of speakers, agencies, industry bodies and media partners.
