. DevOps Lead - Engineer III Experience 8+ years Positions 1 Location / work model: Hyderabad; four days per week from the office. Travel may be required for onboarding, PI Planning, workshops and major milestones. Role purpose Own Cortex deployment automation, environment management, observability, release readiness and operational support across development, integration and customer environments. Key responsibilities Lead Docker, Kubernetes and Helm-based deployment capabilities. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, security validation and deployment. Automate environment provisioning, configuration and release promotion. Establish logging, metrics, tracing, ing and operational dashboards. Support upgrades, rollbacks, backup/recovery and production troubleshooting. Implement secure secrets, access and software supply-chain practices. Maintain runbooks and deployment documentation; mentor the team for operational autonomy. Mandatory qualifications and skills 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, platform or release engineering. Advanced Docker, Kubernetes and Helm. Strong CI/CD and Git-based delivery automation. Monitoring, logging, ing and observability. Kubernetes networking, configuration, secrets and access control. Scripting, troubleshooting, release/recovery and operational documentation. Preferred qualifications and skills SDP or Athena deployment; Infrastructure as Code and GitOps. Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry; operators/CRDs; Velero. Python/Shell; Elasticsearch; RabbitMQ/Kafka operations. Image scanning, SAST/SCA/SBOM and policy-as-code; SAFe.
