Technical Lead / Solution Architect Experience 12+ years Positions 1 Location / work model: Hyderabad; four days per week from the office. Travel may be required for onboarding, PI Planning, workshops and major milestones. Role purpose Provide end-to-end technical leadership, guide the Hyderabad team across application, integration, data, quality and platform concerns, and progressively establish autonomous product ownership. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the Cortex solution architecture across frontend, backend, data, integration and infrastructure. Understand and extend existing production capabilities without unnecessary redesign. Define architecture patterns, API/data contracts, security, observability and operational-readiness standards. Guide integrations with Athena, SDP, DAP, visualization capabilities and contributor plugins. Lead architecture reviews, technical risk management, complex root-cause analysis and cross-team decisions. Mentor discipline leads; maintain architecture decisions, diagrams and knowledge-transfer assets. Support PI Planning, workshops, onboarding and BOT transfer readiness. Mandatory qualifications and skills 12+ years in software engineering with architecture or technical-lead responsibilities. Distributed systems, microservices and modular/extensible platform architecture. Strong C#/.NET/ASP.NET Core; architecture-level Angular/TypeScript knowledge. REST APIs, SQL/PostgreSQL, authentication and authorization. Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Git and CI/CD. Automated testing strategy, observability, production troubleshooting and recovery. Strong stakeholder communication and distributed-team leadership. Preferred qualifications and skills Athena/SDK, SDP, DAP, Blazor or plugin architectures. Elasticsearch; RabbitMQ/Kafka; Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry. Infrastructure as Code, operators/CRDs, Velero, SAST/SCA/SBOM. Scientific, imaging or data-intensive platforms; SAFe; prior BOT transition.
