Workplace Management We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Management Professional to oversee workplace operations, administration, facility management, employee support services, and vendor coordination within a telecom environment. The ideal candidate should have experience managing workplace facilities, infrastructure support, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring seamless office operations while maintaining compliance with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Workplace & Facility Management Manage day-to-day workplace operations across offices, labs, and telecom project locations. Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, security, parking, cafeteria, and reception services. Ensure workplace infrastructure (workstations, meeting rooms, common areas) is maintained efficiently. Monitor office space utilization and support workplace optimization initiatives. Vendor Management Coordinate with facility vendors, AMC providers, housekeeping agencies, transport vendors, and security partners. Track vendor performance against SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution. Process vendor invoices and support budget tracking activities. Employee Support & Administration Act as the primary point of contact for workplace-related employee requests. Coordinate onboarding logistics, seating arrangements, ID card issuance, and asset allocation. Support employee engagement and workplace experience initiatives. Maintain workplace policies and ensure adherence to company standards. Telecom Facility & Lab Support Coordinate administration support for telecom labs, NOC facilities, and project offices. Ensure readiness of workplace infrastructure supporting telecom operations. Monitor and escalate facility-related issues impacting telecom project delivery. Compliance & Safety Ensure statutory compliance related to workplace operations. Coordinate fire drills, safety audits, emergency response procedures, and EHS activities. Maintain records related to workplace audits, inspections, and compliance requirements. Reporting & Documentation Prepare workplace MIS reports, monthly dashboards, and facilities performance reports. Maintain workplace inventory records and asset tracking documentation. Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or related field. 2-6 years of experience in Workplace Management, Administration, Facilities Management, or Corporate Services. Experience working in telecom, technology, infrastructure, or project-based environments preferred. Experience handling multiple locations and remote site administration.
