Lead I - DevOps Engineering

Required Qualifications 5+ years of demonstrated experience working with AWS services, including serverless technologies including RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda. 5+ years managing Linux/Unix-based systems and LAMP-style environments. Able to articulate your passion for systems reliability, AWS Cloud Computing, Security and Elegant Architectures Solid experience with server configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Solid understanding of: Networking fundamentals Load balancing System security principles Proven ability in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). We use AWS CDK extensively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong documentation practices and attention to detail. You are autonomous, but also know it’s better to ask than to guess. You are dependable, responsible, and committed You understand that documentation is half the battle Deep observability expertise and creating visibility into system behavior and enabling rapid incident diagnosis Demonstrated experience building platform capabilities that make other engineers more productive rather than simply running infrastructure
