Lead I - Software Engineering

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced iOS Engineer with 5+ years of professional development experience to join our growing mobile team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications that serve millions of users. Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust iOS applications using Swift and modern development practices Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement features and improvements Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews for team members Implement best practices for app performance optimization, and user experience Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability and stability of iOS applications Stay current with latest iOS technologies, frameworks, and development tools Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional iOS development experience Expert-level proficiency in Swift Strong knowledge of iOS SDK, APIs, and native frameworks (UIKit/SwiftUI, CoreData, Networking, etc.) Experience with Xcode and iOS build tools, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines Proven experience with app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, VIPER, Clean Architecture) Strong understanding of iOS performance optimization and memory management Experience with unit testing frameworks (XCTest) and writing testable code Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with SwiftUI and modern declarative UI frameworks Published apps in the Apple App Store Experience with reactive programming (RxSwift, Combine) Knowledge of dependency injection and testing best practices Experience with iOS App Extensions and native frameworks Familiarity with agile development methodologies
