D365 F&O Finance Functional Support Consultant (4C)
Experience: 4+ years in D365 F&O Finance support or implementation.
Provide L2 functional support for D365 F&O Finance modules and related RTR, PTP and OTC processes.
Investigate incidents, service requests, configuration issues, workflow failures and transactional errors.
Perform approved data corrections, functional testing, user assistance and knowledge-article creation.
Monitor assigned tickets, meet response and resolution SLAs, and escalate complex issues to L3.
Assist with regression testing, production validation and minor enhancements.
