About the job
Serve as the domain anchor for UST's business by combining deep pharmaceutical industry expertise with consultative selling, solution innovation, and market-facing leadership. Drive the creation of industry solutions, IP, accelerators, and AI-enabled offerings while supporting strategic pursuits, customer conversations, and growth initiatives across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Lab Informatics domains. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Industry Solution Development • Create industry-specific solutions, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets for customers. • Identify unmet market needs and translate them into differentiated offerings. • Partner with AI, engineering, and delivery teams to build next-generation IP. • Shape use cases around GenAI, Agentic AI, Digital Labs, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality. Go-to-Market (GTM) • Develop domain-led GTM strategies and campaign themes. • Build solution narratives, value propositions, and industry messaging. • Support analyst briefings, industry events, webinars, and thought leadership. • Create business cases and ROI models for customer transformation initiatives. Customer Advisory & Consultative Selling • Lead executive-level customer discussions. • Act as a trusted advisor to executives. • Facilitate discovery workshops and strategic assessments. • Translate customer challenges into transformation roadmaps. Strategic Pursuits & Proposals • Support large pursuits, RFPs, and strategic opportunities. • Contribute domain inputs to solution shaping and competitive positioning. • Participate in proposal reviews, customer presentations, and deal strategy sessions. • Drive win themes and business-value articulation. Innovation & Capability Building • Establish industry communities of practice. • Mentor consulting, pre-sales, and delivery teams. • Bring external innovation trends into UST offerings. • Build partnerships with industry vendors, research organizations, and academia. ________________________________________ Preferred Background Experience • 15-25+ years in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, CRO, Clinical Research, Consulting, or organizations. • Experience leading transformation programs or industry practices. • Strong exposure to one or more: o Discovery Research o Preclinical o Clinical Development o Lab Informatics o Regulatory Affairs o Quality & Manufacturing o Pharmacovigilance
