Test Manager I

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced D365 Automation Testing Lead to lead automation and quality engineering activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations. The candidate will be responsible for defining the automation strategy, designing and maintaining automation frameworks, leading test execution, and ensuring high-quality releases. The role requires strong technical expertise in D365 testing, automation frameworks, API/integration testing, CI/CD, and the ability to lead and mentor QA engineers. Key Responsibilities • Lead the test automation strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projects. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks and test scripts. • Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for D365 solutions. • Automate D365 business processes involving entities/tables, forms, workflows, business rules, security roles, and integrations. • Perform API and integration testing for D365 and external applications using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent. • Review requirements and technical/functional designs to identify test scenarios, risks, and automation opportunities. • Ensure adequate test coverage and establish automation standards, coding guidelines, and best practices. • Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing. • Analyze automation failures and defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams for resolution. • Manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools and participate in defect triage. • Prepare test plans, automation reports, quality metrics, and release-readiness reports. • Work closely with Developers, D365 Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers. • Lead and mentor QA engineers and conduct code/framework reviews. • Identify opportunities to improve automation stability, execution time, test coverage, and overall QA processes
