Your work profile
As Assistant Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
We are looking for an Identity Developer with hands-on Microsoft Entra IGA experience to implement and maintain automated Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) workflows as part of our enterprise Identity Lifecycle Management program.
Design and implement end-to-end JML workflows in Microsoft Entra ID Governance (onboarding, role changes, offboarding)
Integrate HR systems (Workday, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) with Entra ID via SCIM/HR-driven provisioning
Develop custom workflow extensions using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
Configure Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM as supporting governance controls
Manage hybrid identity scenarios with Entra Connect / Cloud Sync for on-premises AD integration
Monitor and troubleshoot workflows using audit logs and Lifecycle Workflow Insights
Key skills required:
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance — Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, PIM
Strong skills with Microsoft Graph API and REST-based automation
Experience integrating HR systems with Entra ID via SCIM or provisioning connectors
Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for scripting and automation
Solid understanding of Zero Trust, RBAC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC
SC-300 certification (Identity and Access Administrator Associate)
Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector)
Familiarity with ITSM integrations (ServiceNow, Jira) for lifecycle event automation
B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or master’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field
