•Automation Anywhere University reaches over one million learners worldwide. We're looking for someone who can close the gap between what's possible on the Automation Anywhere platform and what customers actually know how to build and do it fast, at the pace of a product that isn't slowing down.
•This isn't a role for someone who learns a tool and then documents it. It's a role for someone who builds things with the tool first, then figures out how to teach what they just learned. You'll be working with beta features, emerging protocols, and capabilities that don't have training content yet, because you'll be creating it.

Who You’ll Report To: Director, Community & Learning
You Will Make an Impact By Being Responsible For:
•Design and build end-to-end learning experiences for the Automation Anywhere platform, from curriculum architecture through hands-on exercise design, slide development, video production, and audio/video editing
•Create technical training content covering core automation development, Agentic Process Automation (APA), and integration with LLMs, MCPs, and A2A protocols
•Build companion assets that bring concepts to life, sample applications, working scripts, and web app demos built with code-assistant tools
•Translate complex, sometimes pre-release technical topics into clear, practical experiences that meet customers where they are
•Stay ahead of the curve on emerging development workflows, including AI-assisted development, and integrate those perspectives into how content is designed and delivered
•Work closely with product, developer relations, and subject matter experts to turn new capabilities into training before customers have to figure it out on their own
You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:
•8+ Years of Minimum Relevant Experience.
•Hands-on proficiency with the Automation Anywhere platform, you've built real automations, you understand how the product actually works under the hood, and you can speak to it credibly
•Experience using code-assistant agents (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to build working applications, scripts, or integration demos, not just familiarity, but actual shipped output
•Working knowledge of common data formats (JSON, XML, Markdown) and comfort with database platforms like Supabase
•End-to-end content production skills: you can go from content design to finished video without handing off at every step
•A demonstrated ability to take something technically complex including things still in beta and design a learning experience that makes it approachable and actionable
