Perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems.
Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Supervise junior technicians and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Maintain service records, inspection logs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with facility teams and vendors for specialized repairs and upgrades. • ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical maintenance roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with building systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and operate diagnostic tools.
Certification in safety compliance or specialized technical areas preferred.
