Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance PM with strong expertise in Calibration Management to support SAP S4HANA implementation rollout enhancement and support projects The consultant will be responsible for designing configuring and optimizing maintenance and calibration processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements

SAP PM Functional Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements related to maintenance operations and asset management across the Malaysian manufacturing sites

Configure and support SAP PM processes including

oTechnical Objects Equipment Functional Locations

oPreventive Maintenance

oCorrective Maintenance

oEquipment Calibration

oWork Orders Notifications

oMaintenance Planning Scheduling

oSpare Parts Management

Design and execute system testing activities including Unit Testing SIT UAT and defect resolution

Conduct enduser and superuser training and provide post golive hypercare support

Calibration Management Responsibilities

Configure and manage SAP Calibration processes integrated with the PM and QM modules

Define Calibration Equipment Measuring Points Measuring Instruments and Calibration Plans

Support calibration scheduling execution certification and compliance reporting

Ensure adherence to GMP FDA ISO 13485 GxP and industryspecific regulatory standards applicable to medicaldevice manufacturing

Handle calibration deviations tolerances recalls and audit requirements

Design business processes for instrument lifecycle management

Support integration between calibration activities and Quality Management inspection processes inprocess inspection results of recording and batch characteristics

Integration Responsibilities

1Life sciences medical device pharma domain experience with GxP ISO 13485 and Computer System Validation CSV exposure

2Calibration management QM PM and maintenance of productiontest equipment in a regulated plant

3Strong PM integration with MM spare partsprocurement PP QM EWM and FICO plus Fiori PM apps and embedded analytics

4Fit to Standard delivery on SAP Activate ideally with Signavio LeanIX for process mapping explicitly valued at Mlnlycke

5Preventivepredictive maintenance machine monitoring OEEKPI integration matching Mlnlyckes stated Digital Manufacturing maintenance visibility ambitions

Required Skills Experience

Functional Skills

Handson working experience in SAP S4HANA

6 years of SAP PM consulting experience

Minimum 2 years of handson experience in SAP Calibration Management
