Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Job Description

Define the endtoend architecture for SAP Asset Manager mobile addons and plant maintenance processes integrated with backend SAP S4HANA EAMPM

Establish cleancore architecture principles minimizing custom modifications and maximizing upgrade stability

Architect robust bidirectional synchronization frameworks for SAP Asset Manager running on handheldmobile devices for field technicians

Integrate SAP EAM with thirdparty enterprise systems common in utilities such as MRS GIS etc

Lead functional and technical workshops with utility business stakeholders

Guide onshore and offshore configuration development and testing teams through full lifecycle implementations

Perform fitgap analyses resolve complex integration bottlenecks and govern release management

Lead SAP Asset Manager and S4HANA EAMPM upgrade projects including version upgrades enhancement pack EHP implementations and regression testing to ensure business continuity

Drive enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives for SAP Asset Manager SSAMMDK and PMEAM processes incorporating new features OSS notes and patch updates in line with cleancore principles

Required Qualifications Skills

Experience

8-12 years of total IT experience with strong functionaltechnical focus in SAP Plant Maintenance PM Enterprise Asset Management EAM

oMinimum 5 years of handson solution architecture experience leading enterprise transformation programs

oProven implementation experience with SAP Asset Manager and mobile deployment architectures

oHandson experience in SAP Service Asset Manager and S4HANA upgrade projects version upgrades EHP upgrades and migration cutovers along with SSAM S4 HANA custom enhancementchange request implementation across the application lifecycle

Industry Background Demonstrated domain experience working in Utilities Electric Gas Water or other heavy assetintensive sectors Oil Gas Energy

Technical Knowledge Deep understanding on SSAM configurations MDK setup configurations including upgrade impact analysis enhancement development custom MDK screensworkflows and postupgrade regressionvalidation

Certifications SAP Asset Manager S4HANA Asset Management PM certifications preferred
