About the Role: Join LTM as a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation to architect and drive complex ServiceNow ITAM-HAM initiatives. Your strategic leadership will optimize digital transformation, ensuring seamless operational excellence and empowering our enterprise clients globally.
Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do): Drive the end-to-end management of ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules by leading operational activities and business-as-usual requests. Ensure seamless platform performance by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving job workflow and integration failures. Execute rigorous data maintenance validation and operational updates to guarantee asset accuracy and compliance. Partner cross-functionally with business users and stakeholders across EU and US regions to align technical delivery with strategic organizational objectives. Facilitate clear, efficient communication channels across diverse global teams to accelerate project lifecycles and issue resolution. Establish robust operational frameworks and best practices for package implementation and ongoing platform maintenance.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
Must-Have: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITAM-HAM modules within enterprise environments. Bring deep hands-on expertise in executing ServiceNow operations support activities, data maintenance validation, and complex platform integrations. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and align international stakeholders and business users.
Preferred: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Bring demonstrated domain expertise in enterprise IT service management and global asset lifecycle operations, complemented by strong cross-cultural collaboration abilities. ITIL v4 Foundation certification and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HAM/CIS-SAM) certifications are preferred.
