Understand the L&T Heavy Civil Infrastructure IC EHS Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure it is implemented throughout project level operations.
Understand & promote L&T LSR (Life Saving Rules) and Zero Harm Vision
Stop any work where unsafe acts or conditions are observed and actively promote a strong safety culture through the "Don't Walk By" and "Commitment to Action" principles.
Coordinate all EHS matters relating to L&T Heavy Civil Infrastructure IC projects by reviewing regular EHS reports, conducting site visits, monitoring compliance, and ensuring timely dissemination of important EHS information to all stakeholders.
Advise the Project Head on gaps, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities within the EHS Integrated Management System (IMS), project EHS plans, and their implementation to enhance overall safety performance and compliance.
Support continuous improvement of EHS standards through audits, inspections, corrective actions, and sharing of lessons learned and best practices across projects.
