We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the  IWPB Branch Network as Regional Head for RoMGM

Job Introduction

IWPB is executing a multiyear growth strategy, pivoted on positioning as a global bank, committed to the long-term India growth story, and bringing to India, its full scale of global capabilities. The Business is poised for growth and is currently also adding 20 more branches in phases to its existing network of 26 branches.

IWPB is looking for a proactive and customer focused Regional Head to lead branches in RoMGM. The role holder would be responsible for formulating and implementing Wealth and Premier banking strategy for the region, with the objective of having customer at the heart of everything we do at Branch Banking, serving the communities we operate in and building HSBC brand preference. Working with the Branch Managers and Branch Teams to deepen and develop long term client relationships and enhance client trust. Ensuring that the team is focused on business objectives and all individual staff meets their KPIs. Lead by example and create a vibrant sales and service culture within the region where frontline people are bound by a sense of excitement and pride of achievement. Ensure that the Branch channel epitomizes the ethos of “HSBC Values” and customer centricity in line with the goals set by the bank

Principal Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the RH - RoMGM will include but not limited to the following.

Ensure the growth of RoMGM India branch business in line with India Strategic Plan / FRP and contribute to area profitability.
Deliver the IWPB ROMGM India plan including overall structure, sales goals, P&L performance and leads/sales prospect management.
Responsible for growing the Customer base of IWPB, focused around Premier and C Suite
Drive customer centricity and desired NPS scores.
Drive robust customer engagement & contact management
Grow product penetration of active WMS, Life Insurance and Credit Cards clients for the region
Ensure book growth across CASA, TMD, AUM & Mortgage for the region
Grow market share for key customer segments.
To provide effective leadership and create an environment of high staff engagement in the region working with IWPB colleagues and supporting a high-performance culture
Recruit, develop and retain the highest quality customer centric talent across the business.
Ensure consistently high level of product and service delivery in line with customer needs across the region.
Maintenance of highest standards of risk management, control and compliance.
Comply with the applicable laws, regulations, Group and local guidelines related to Sanctions and AML policy of HSBC while undertaking various day to day operations

Education Qualifications / Certifications and Requirements:

Education Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Banking Industry.

Certifications

CAIIB, JAIIB, FEDAI etc would be preferred but not mandatory

Basic Banking Industry knowledge
Have Team management experience

Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.

Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
