Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Designation: Principal AI Software Engineer

Location: Mph-Cybercity Tower 4, Pune, IN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong AI and ML engineering knowledge, with a proven track record in AI/ML implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models that drive innovation and enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.

Evaluate and optimize existing AI/ML models for performance and scalability.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML implementation.

Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.

Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

Proven experience in AI/ML implementation in real-world applications.

Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks.

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Passion for AI/ML technologies and a desire to drive innovation.
