Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Designation: Delivery Module Lead

Location: Mph-Infinity Park, Mumbai, IN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with expertise in AMPscript to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business results. This role requires a strong focus on personalization, data management, and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript to deliver dynamic content and customer-specific messaging across various channels.

Manage and optimize data extensions, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and effective customer targeting for campaigns.

Utilize SQL for querying subscriber and engagement data to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

Design and orchestrate multi-step customer journeys using Journey Builder, including email, SMS, and push notification automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, strategies, and performance metrics.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices to enhance marketing capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

AMPscript: Proficient in the core personalization language of SFMC, with experience in dynamic content creation, data lookups, and customer-specific messaging.

SQL: Strong skills in audience segmentation, data extension management, and campaign analytics, with the ability to query subscriber and engagement data effectively.

Journey Builder: Expertise in designing and orchestrating multi-step customer journeys, including automation of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.

Salesforce - Marketing Cloud: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and best practices is essential.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional Salesforce products and integrations.

Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and strategies.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven track record of successful project delivery in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
