Your Role
•We are seeking a skilled Power BI / Power Platform Developer to join Gentherm team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI along with hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate . Exposure to Databricks, SQL , and Azure technologies will be highly beneficial. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data-driven solutions to support business decision-making.
•Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
•Develop and enhance business applications using Power Apps
•Build and manage workflows and automation using Power Automate
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
•Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and optimize report performance
•Work with SQL to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
•Support data engineering or analytics workloads with exposure to Databricks
•Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance best practices
•Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
•Provide documentation and support for developed solutions
Your Profile
•Strong hands-on experience 7+ Years in Power BI (reports, dashboards, DAX, data modeling)
•Experience with Power Platform tools:
•Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
•Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations)
•Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
•Basic exposure to Databricks
•Understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts
•Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (is a plus)
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
