Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Designation: Senior Software Engineer - Systems

Location: Hyderabad, Phoenix

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of DevOps practices. This role will focus on providing technical support, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and automating processes using tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Shell Scripting, and Ansible. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for software systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and GitHub Actions.

Develop and execute Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

Utilize Ansible for configuration management and application deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Document technical processes and create user guides for internal and external stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve support processes.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on problem-solving.

Proficiency in CI/CD practices, specifically with Bitbucket and GitHub Actions.

Experience in Shell Scripting for automation and process improvement.

Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management.

Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack).

Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in DevOps, Cloud Computing, or related technologies are a plus.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
