•Lead, coach, and develop a team of reliability engineers and support professionals responsible for business-critical Distribution & Logistics platforms.
•Own service performance, operational KPIs, SLA achievement, incident response effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned systems or regions.
•Drive disciplined execution of incident, problem, change, release, knowledge, and service transition management processes.
•Partner with operations, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure teams, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable and efficient business operations.
•Use operational metrics, service trends, and AI-enabled insights to reduce incident recurrence, improve support effectiveness, and strengthen production readiness.
About You
•7+ years of experience in technology operations, application reliability, service management, enterprise application support, or supply chain technology environments.
•Experience leading teams and managing operational outcomes, including service performance, vendor relationships, and support delivery for business-critical systems.
•Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change, release, and knowledge management practices within a complex technology environment.
•Experience using operational metrics, dashboards, service reviews, and trend analysis to improve reliability, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
•Experience managing teams or support models for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), Workforce Management Systems (WFM), middleware, SAP integrations, reporting, or observability platforms.
•Experience with Manhattan, Centiro, MuleSoft, Talend, SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, warehouse automation, or high-volume global distribution center operations.
•Experience with peak-season readiness, major incident governance, operational command centers, disaster recovery, business continuity, vendor governance, third-party logistics (3PL) transitions, or global support operating models.
•Experience supporting warehouse, transportation, logistics, or enterprise platforms, with the ability to balance business priorities, operational risk, and service quality.
