What You Have (Basic Requirements):
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
•Managing People: Relentlessly committed to building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
•Business and Domain Leadership: Strong understanding of onboard productivity applications, customer workflows, operational challenges, and business value.
•Experience leading product delivery, sustainment, modernization, and continuous improvement while balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
•Change Leadership: Ability to influence adoption of new tools, processes, AI-enabled practices, and ways of working.
•Communicating for Impact: Ability to communicate directly, build alignment, and influence stakeholders across product and engineering organizations.
•Technical Acumen : Sufficient technical depth to guide engineering decisions, provide effective leadership to engineering teams, and partner successfully with architects and technical leaders.
•Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe development environments.
