Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

DVP Robustness: Validate designs for long-term reliability under diverse conditions.

Release New Testing Standards: Develop and implement updated testing protocols.

Develop New Test Methods: Innovate methods for evaluating product reliability.

Field Failure Analysis: Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Field-to-Lab Correlation: Establish accurate field and lab performance links.

Prepare DFMEA: Identify and mitigate design failure risks systematically.

CFT Collaboration: Work in cross-functional teams for aligned problem-solving.

CFT Meetings: Lead discussions to address reliability concerns and decisions.

Experience

Farm Machines, Automotive, Comercial Vehicle, Tier1 Automotive/Farm/Commercial Vehicle Suppliers

BE/B.Tech
