Lead Power Electronics Pune

R&D/Engineering experience for Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) domain

Experience in PCS/inverters, X-in-1 systems, including requirements analysis, system design, development, validation and certification

Experience in hardware and software for EMS

Experience in handling power electronics for BESS projects or mobility EV projects

Experience in handling product issues, projects, trouble shooting, problem solving for quality and performance

Very good design-to-cost experience with deep understanding of cost drivers and optimisation levers

Very good stakeholder management skills, communication skills – experience in working with suppliers
