Proficiency

Acts as a strategic execution and enablement partner to Sales and Account Leadership by translating growth priorities into structured programs, analyses, and actions. Owns planning, coordination, and governance for key sales and portfolio initiatives, supports deal shaping and client engagement preparation, and drives research‑led insights to enable deeper client penetration and sustained growth.

Expectations from this role

Own and run strategic sales and portfolio initiatives end‑to‑end, from concept through execution, ensuring priorities are well‑defined, tracked, and delivered with rigor.
Partner closely with Sales Leaders, Account Leadership, and Delivery to prepare for client meetings—shaping agendas, narratives, data, and talking points aligned to client strategy and growth opportunities.
Actively analyse client accounts, portfolios, and whitespace opportunities to identify areas for deeper penetration, cross‑sell, up‑sell, and long‑term growth.
Support deal shaping and opportunity development by coordinating inputs across functions, synthesizing insights, and ensuring leadership has clear, actionable views for decision‑making.
Drive program management and governance for key pursuits, growth programs, and transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are actively managed.
Anchor research and analysis on client strategies, industry trends, market movements, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and portfolio planning.
Work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams (Delivery, Finance, HR, Legal, Solutions, etc.) to align efforts and unblock execution challenges.
Provide regular, concise updates to sales and account leadership on progress, risks, outcomes, and next steps, enabling timely decisions and interventions.

Support Sales and Account Leaders with strategic inputs for client engagements, including preparation for key meetings, reviews, and discussions focused on growth, partnership, and long‑term value creation.

Deal & Portfolio Support

Research & Insights

Conduct and synthesize research on client strategies, industry and market trends, competitive positioning, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Work across functions and leadership levels to align priorities, drive outcomes, and influence execution without direct authority. Enable collaboration and momentum across diverse groups.

Execution & Ownership

Act as a force‑multiplier for Sales and Account leadership by taking ownership of follow‑ups, actions, and execution threads, ensuring ideas translate into results.
